1. Nature of the Platform

Textile Partners is a digital platform dedicated to the timber industry. The e-exhibitor (or participant) may subscribe for a period of one (1) year. The annual subscription includes one additional update to the company profile (or e-stand) during the year.

The broadcast modalities of the Textile Partners platform (including the date or broadcast period) are determined by Textile Partners and may be modified at its initiative.

The e-exhibitor agrees to comply with and enforce the specifications of the technical sheet provided to them. Textile Partners shall not be held liable when applying the provisions of these general regulations.


2. Participation

Textile Partners determines exhibitor categories and establishes the classification of products and/or services presented. Textile Partners may, after review, refuse or exclude products or services that do not correspond to the platform's purpose.

In the event of withdrawal by the e-exhibitor for any reason, all amounts paid and/or remaining due for the purchase of the e-stand are retained by the organizer.

If an e-exhibitor fails to provide the necessary materials for the creation of their company profile (or e-stand) before the platform launch, the subscription still runs and cannot be reduced for the lost period, as the delay is attributable to the e-exhibitor.


3. Financial Participation

The price of the e-stand is set by Textile Partners and may be revised at any time. Below are the standard offers (prices excluding tax).

Registration with Textile Partners includes a "Focus" feature in the newsletter during the first month of subscription. The annual subscription renews by tacit agreement. To cancel your subscription, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt must be sent at least two (2) months before the anniversary date.

Already subscribed e-exhibitors may update their e-stand: one additional annual update is included in the subscription. Additional updates are available for a technical fee of €150 excl. tax.


4. Payment Terms

Payment for the e-stand and ancillary services is made as follows:

  • 50% upon booking.
  • Balance upon launch, on receipt of invoice.

Any failure to meet payment deadlines or terms authorizes Textile Partners to apply the provisions set out in the "Participation" article (exclusion, retention of amounts paid, etc.).
